We guarantee that all animals will be feeding and accurately
sexed, unless otherwise agreed upon. We guarantee live
arrival BETWEEN THE TEMPERATURES OF 40º AND 95º F
provided that somebody is there to accept the package on
the first delivery attempt.
If you are displeased with your purchase for any reason,
please contact us within 24 hours of receiving and we will
gladly replace your animal or refund the purchase price of
the animal (once we receive the animal in the same condition
that it was sent.) We cannot refund shipping costs.
DOAs must be reported immediately after receipt. We
reserve the right to request pictures of, or the body of the
animal before replacement or refund is awarded.
